Although my staple coffee is Lavazza Qualita Rossa, I only
use that for expressos and cappucinos. For a longer drink - a
cafetiere - I tend to use Kenya Peaberry - bought as beans and
ground as and when required - I always buy from Peaberries in Wigan.
The aroma that you encounter when entering the Royal Arcade - of
various coffees and teas - lifts one's spirits instantly!
