2 x 180g tub Herring in Garlic and Herb Sauce or similar
1 red apple, cored and chopped
20g (3/4oz) walnuts, chopped
20g (3/4oz) raisins

SERVES 2 as a starter

Method

1 Mix all the ingredients together.
2 Transfer to a suitable dish and serve with crusty bread.
